01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TweetStake in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

02 What TweetStake Is

TweetStake is a social prediction game where users predict how tweets will perform based on publicly available metrics such as likes, views, reposts, and comments. All activity on the platform uses Stake Points (SP) — a virtual in-game currency with no real-world value.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TweetStake. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental awareness of their use of the platform.

04 User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials with anyone. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• One account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings
• Upon deletion all your data including SP balance is permanently removed
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account

05 Stake Points (SP)

Stake Points are a virtual in-game currency used solely within TweetStake.

• All new users receive 1,000 SP free on signup
• SP can be earned through daily check-ins, winning predictions, and creating markets
• SP cannot be purchased, sold, traded, or exchanged for real money or goods
• SP balances may be reset or adjusted by administrators for platform integrity
• We reserve the right to modify SP rewards, requirements, and systems at any time

06 Predictions and Markets

All predictions on TweetStake are made using publicly available tweet data. Users acknowledge that:

• Prediction outcomes are based on real tweet metrics at the time of resolution
• Market resolution relies on user-submitted data and is subject to admin review
• Admin decisions on disputed markets are final and cannot be appealed
• Markets found to be manipulated or rigged will be removed without notice
• Creating markets with false or misleading tweet information is prohibited

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on TweetStake:

• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair SP advantages
• Manipulating tweet metrics to influence market outcomes
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform
• Posting offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Impersonating other users or public figures
• Any attempt to convert or sell SP for real money
• Using bots or automated tools to interact with the platform

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban at admin discretion.

08 Third Party Content

TweetStake is not affiliated with X (Twitter) or any bookmaker including Bet9ja, SportyBet, 1xBet, or Stake. Tweet content displayed on TweetStake is entered by users and is publicly available on X. We do not claim ownership of any tweet content. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

09 Privacy

We collect only the minimum data required to operate the platform — your username, email address, and in-game activity. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data is stored securely via Google Firebase. By using TweetStake you consent to this data collection.

• You may request deletion of your data by deleting your account
• We use Google Firebase Authentication — Google's privacy policy also applies
• We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking

10 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TweetStake is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of prediction outcomes, or permanence of SP balances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TweetStake and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform.

11 Changes to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue TweetStake or any feature at any time without notice. We may change SP values, market rules, or platform mechanics at our discretion. As a beta product, significant changes are expected.

12 Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of TweetStake shall be resolved informally by contacting the platform administrators first.
